Meet the Management Team

Ms. Kuznetsova is an experienced law practice management and technology entrepreneur. Prior to the formation of ESENEM, LLC, Ms. Kuznetsova served in the capacity of an ambitious litigator, having experienced a number of legal office settings in the civil and criminal law practice areas, navigating cases from the initial intake stages to assisting at trial. Ms. Kuznetsova remains very active in the legal community by maintaining a presence in a number of legal associations and is also a lecturer and published authority, advising on law practice management, technology, and ethical considerations.

Mr. McNamara is an experienced software developer and technology professional with over ten years of experience in building enterprise mobile solutions. Prior to the formation of ESENEM, LLC, Mr. McNamara was Director of Software Development at a leading mobile software company where he played key roles in both product development and professional services.

Sean McNamara

Mr. Thomas operates a private law practice in Louisville, Kentucky, focusing primarily on civil litigation. He is a frequent lecturer and has conducted seminars on technology, including the use of litigation management and trial preparation software, ethics, and mediation. Mr. Thomas recently returned to private practice after being asked to serve three years in the Office of Kentucky Attorney General where he served as one of two Assistant Deputy Attorneys General.

Mr. Sarnow specializes in creating and managing new technologies. For over seven years he has led engineering development teams that have built sensor driven robots for various U.S. government entities. Mr. Sarnow’s interest in new technology and product development has also been applied in the renewable energy sector, creating new processes and designs for wind energy systems.
