ESENEM cannot provide legal advice and can only provide services to your law practice or legal case management at your specific direction. Access to and use of ESENEM products and services is subject to Licensing Agreement. ESENEM is not permitted to engage in the practice of law. ESENEM is prohibited from providing any kind of advice, explanation, opinion, or recommendation to a consumer about possible legal rights, remedies, defenses, options, selection of forms or strategies. This website, applications, products, and services are not intended to create an attorney-client relationship, and by using our products and/or services, no attorney-client relationship will exist with ESENEM. As such, while communications between you and ESENEM are protected by the company’s privacy policies discussed in the Licensing Agreement, they are not protected by the attorney-client privilege or work product doctrine.
